واکاوی تجارب زیسته دانشجویان از فرهنگ آموزش مجازی در آموزش عالی

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر فهم تجارب زیسته تجارب زیسته دانشجویان از فرهنگ آموزش مجازی در آموزش عالی بود. این پژوهش کیفی با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی اجرا شد. روش گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده از مصاحبه­های نیمه­ساختارمند بود.بدین منظور با استفاده از روش ملاک محور و زنجیره­ای داده­ها با مصاحبه از 17 نفر از دانشجویانی که زمینه آشنایی با پدیده مورد نظر را داشتند جمع­آوری و به روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.جهت تامین اعتبار تحقیق، معیارهای لینکن و گابا مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.تحلیل حاصل از مصاحبه­ها حاکی1 مضمون فراگیر 3 مضمون سازمان­دهنده سطح اول و 11 مضمون سازمان­دهنده سطح دوم و 27 مضمون پایه بود. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که آیتم های تاثیرگذار در فرهنگ آموزش مجازی در آموزش عالی عبارتند از بین رفتن هویت دانشجویی، از بین رفتن انجمن های دانشجویی، از بین رفتن محافل علمی دانشجویی، از بین رفتن هویت اساتید، عدم ارتباط موثر و شبکه سازی بین اساتید، از بین رفتن پروژه­های مشارکتی علمی، نگاه زاویه دار به آموزش مجازی، غریبگی با آموزش مجازی، از بین رفتن ساختار فیزیکی دانشگاه، ارتباطات خشک و یکجانبه، افزایش یادگیری سطحی، افزایش میزان تقلب علمی، ارتقا آزادی علمی، ازبین رفتن دیکتاتوری علمی، از بین رفتن استثمار آکادمیک، از بین رفتن قدرت پوشالی برخی اساتید، افزایش یادگیری مشارکتی، گشایش زبان فنی، ارتقا رضایت دانشجویان، عدم آشنایی با تکنولوژی، تلقی آموزش مجازی به عنوان امری دست چندم، یکسان بودن یادگیری در آموزش حضوری و مجازی، بی ثمر بودن جنگ بین آموزش مجازی و حضوری، تفویض اختیار به دانشجویان در انتخاب نوع آموزش، نبود ساختارها برای هر دو آموزش مجازی و حضوری، برنامه ریزی بر اساس شرایط، تاکید بر اصل و اساس یادگیری.
